智能便攜式多功能液壓控制閥故障診斷測試儀
目前市場上常用品牌的液壓控制閥有REXROTH、MOOG、PARK等品牌,早期的液壓控制閥不管是普通換向閥還是比例閥,電氣控制多數(shù)采用外置專用放大板通過赫斯曼接頭連接;后期的比例和伺服閥多數(shù)采用內(nèi)置放大板,電氣控制多數(shù)4-20ma、0-±10v、0-±10ma和0-10v通過7芯的航空插頭來控制,這樣PLC可以直接控制液壓比例、伺服閥,省去了中間放大板,減少了故障點(diǎn);本儀器既可以輸出外置專用放大板的0-2A脈寬調(diào)制電流,又可輸出4-20ma、0-±10v、0-±10ma和0-10v的信號,同時又能采集液壓比例、伺服閥的閥芯位移信號以及同步采集液壓控制閥輸出油口壓力;本儀器采用7寸觸摸屏,全中文顯示,使用者需按照內(nèi)置說明書操作,即可對待檢測的液壓控制閥進(jìn)行性能測試。
The widely applied world brands hydraulic control valves are REXROTH, MOOG, PARK and other international famous brands in the market presently . The early hydraulic control valves, ordinary directional control valve or proportional valve, an internal build-in amplify board was adopted and the electrical control signal is 4-20ma / 0-±10v / 0-±10ma / 0-10v to connect with the PLC through 7-core aviation plug, such the PLC can control the proportional valves or servo valves directly to reduce the cause of failure and eliminate the media amplify board.
this new designed intelligent fault diagnosis tester can not only output 0-2A PWM current of the external special amplify board, but also output the 4-20ma、0-±10v、0-±10ma and 0-10v signal, and at same time collect the hydraulic proportion, displacement signal of servo valve core and oil pressure of hydraulic control valve output port synchronously. 7” touch screen is adopted to enable the user operates the testing procedure of hydraulic control valve according to the built-in instruction manual intuitively.
1、在線判斷液壓控制閥設(shè)備故障;在現(xiàn)代化的生產(chǎn)線包含有液壓控制閥的設(shè)備一旦出現(xiàn)故障,普通員工很難判斷是機(jī)械故障、液壓故障還是電氣控制故障;該儀器可解決上述問題,一步,斷開與液壓控制閥相連的電氣插頭,把本儀器配套的插頭插上,二步,將壓力傳感器的兩根測壓線連接到液壓控制閥的A、B口測壓點(diǎn)上,三步,打開本儀器電源,選擇與液壓控制閥相對應(yīng)的信號,手動測試即可判斷是機(jī)械故障、液壓故障還是電氣控制故障;如下圖:
In modern production line, it’s difficult for normal operator to test and tell whether the fault of equipment stop working is caused by hydraulic, mechanical or electrical control problem especially the numerous hydraulic control valves are applied. But with this new designed intelligent hydraulic tester, it will become an easy job instead. Only 3 steps will resolve that tiresome hard job easily.
Step 1- disconnect the electrical plug from hydraulic control valve then connect the plugs of tester on.
Step 2- connect the two pressure measuring wires of pressure sensor to A and B pressure measuring points of hydraulic control valve.
Sep 3- Start the power of tester and select the proper signal correspond to the hydraulic control valve mode. The fault of mechanical, hydraulic or electrical control will be determined by manual testing.
2、離線測試液壓控制閥的性能;手動測試正常后可進(jìn)入自動測試,本儀器將自動輸出所需信號,同時采集閥芯的位移信號及液壓控制閥的A、B口的壓力,并以曲線的形式反映在畫面上;如下圖

If manual testing is normal, automatic testing will follow up. This intelligent tester may output the necessary signal automatically and collect the displacement signal of valve core and oil pressure of A & B points of hydraulic control valve as well to display the result in form of curve on screen.
二、測試儀的組成:測試儀本體、配套充電器、帶內(nèi)置放大板的液壓控制閥測試電纜、不帶內(nèi)置放大板的液壓控制閥測試電纜和檢測液壓控制閥輸出油口壓力的兩個壓力傳感器;如下圖:

A 24v 3000ma/h rechargeable lithium battery pack is supplied, with charging and over-current protection circuit, equipped with voltage limitation of 25.2v constant current charger. The tester will react slowly if electricity is shortage and alarm the user.
The signal is switched intelligently, the max output current is 20ma constantly. The tester won’t be damaged even if the load is short circuit.
